Growing up watching my mother make homemade yeast bread, cakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls in our family bakery and it gets into your blood. My grandmother and aunts were great cooks. I worked 10 years on the fire dept watching all kinds of different cooking styles then spent 10 years on dialysis from a kidney disease. I know what we eat matters.
